Customized Appointment Type Messages
You will now have the ability to create different messaging for each appointment type. Remember, you also now have the ability to customize the Appointment Type label which means you can change ‘Intro’ to your own term, and the same goes for each default appointment type.
To use these features go to Settings > Account & Settings > Appointment Reminders.
