Long term lead nurture goes beyond promoting your offer or trial over and over again.
Do your messages follow-up with prospects for a few weeks, or a few years?
We've seen instructors enroll members that have been prospects for over 3 years.
Don't miss out on these new members.
Here are a few guidelines to help you create better follow-up messaging that grabs more new members than ever before. When you use these tips you can enroll up to 4 extra membership each month.
First, don’t be afraid of unsubscribes. If someone unsubscribes because you sent them an email, that’s okay. Sending emails is virtually free and so is clicking the delete button.
Remember to keep your emails engaging and don’t simply present offers to them all the time and you will be fine. Keep in mind that in addition to long term emails, you should also be creating and testing email broadcast campaigns that go to all prospects somewhere between once a week and a few times a month. This means you can expect a prospect to receive about 7-10 emails a month, if you’re working your prospect list properly.
As you find emails that produce great results ( more engagement, trials, event purchases, etc ), then you should be placing those emails into your long term lead nurture sequence.

A few additional tips to create more results driven email marketing...
Write your emails in a document, not in your software. Write email in series so they tie together over time. Create the emails using plain text...no styling - The styling and hidden characters cause conflicts when copying and pasting into software.
Always send at least one test email to yourself when creating a new message to send. (Check for spelling, grammar, …)
Promote YOUR martial arts. What makes your program, instructors, curriculum different?
Test your messaging by using the message as a post on FaceBook. Look for likes and engagement.
